No FNSKU Found

Amazon has not yet assigned an FNSKU to the item. This typically occurs for one of two reasons:

FBA Plan Not Created

Amazon generates FNSKUs when you first attempt to create an FBA shipment plan for an item. If you haven't created an FBA plan for this item yet, try creating one using the Arrange Transport workflow in PrepBusiness to trigger FNSKU generation.

Item Not Eligible for FBA

The item may not be eligible to be shipped to Amazon FBA. Check Seller Central for any restrictions on the product (hazmat review, category restrictions, etc.).

Resolution Steps

1. Use the Arrange Transport workflow in PrepBusiness to attempt to create an FBA shipment plan for the item
2. If Amazon generates an FNSKU, sync the item data to update the system
3. If Amazon rejects the item or shows an error, the item is likely not FBA-eligible - check the specific error message for details
