Using Alternative Address for Amazon Shipments

Add an Alternate Address

If your prep center runs multiple warehouses you will want to specify which warehouse you are sending each shipment from. On the PrepBusiness portal your can add alternative addresses for these warehouses by following this process:

1. Open the Warehouse page and click on your warehouse.

1. Within the Edit Warehouse page scroll to the "Alterate Addresses" section and select "Add Alternate Address".

1. Enter the alternative address information and select “Save” to finish.

Using an Alternative Address

When arranging transport for an Amazon FBA shipment, you can choose which warehouse address to ship from before the plan is created:

1. Navigate to your outbound shipment and click the Arrange Transport button.
2. Select Amazon FBA V2024 from the available options.
3. In the New Inbound Plan card, find the "Ship From" tile and click Edit on it.
4. A "Choose the Ship From Address" panel opens listing your warehouse addresses. Select Address on the one you want.
