Add Alternative Address

If your prep center runs multiple warehouses you will want to specify which warehouse you are sending each shipment from. On the PrepBusiness portal your can add alternative addresses for these warehouses by following this process:

1. Open the Warehouse page and click on your warehouse.

1. Within the Edit Warehouse page select “Add Alternative Address”.

1. Enter the alternative address information and select “Save” to finish.

Using an Alternative Address

You will use this alternative address when sending shipments to Amazon. These are the steps:

1. Select an Open Amazon shipment that you want to ship.
2. Click on the “Send Shipment to Amazon” button in the top right corner.

1. You can now choose which address you want to send the shipment from.
