Locked Shipment Status

When a shipment is Locked, it cannot be edited by anyone — including staff. No quantities or services can be modified until the shipment is unlocked.

How to Lock a Shipment

  1. Open the shipment you would like to lock.
  2. Select “Lock shipment” from the Options dropdown

Who Can Unlock a Shipment

Only users with the Warehouse Owner permission can unlock a shipment.

How to Unlock a Shipment

  1. Open the locked shipment.
  2. Log in as (or ask) a user with the Warehouse Owner permission.
  3. Select the option to unlock the shipment. The lock will be removed and editing will be re-enabled.
