Listings are products synced from your sales channels (like Amazon). You can view and manage listing details including identifiers, images, conditions, and linked items.

Navigating to Listing Details

To view the details of a listing:

1. Open the Channels page from the sidebar.
2. Click View Listings on the channel you want to manage.

1. Find the listing in the list and click the arrow (>) on the right side of the row.

This opens the listing details page where you can manage identifiers, images, conditions, and linked items.

Managing Identifiers

The Identifiers tab shows all identifiers associated with the listing, including SKU, Channel ID, ASIN, and FNSKU.

Deleting an Identifier

If a listing has an incorrect identifier that needs to be removed:

1. Navigate to the listing details page (see above).
2. Select the Identifiers tab from the left sidebar.
3. Find the identifier you want to remove.
4. Click the delete button (red trash icon) next to the identifier.

Note: SKU and Channel ID cannot be deleted as they are required for the listing. Only additional identifiers like ASIN and FNSKU can be removed.

Pulling Identifiers from Amazon

To refresh identifiers from Amazon:

1. Navigate to the listing details page.
2. Select the Identifiers tab.
3. Click the Pull Identifiers button in the top right corner.

This will sync the latest identifier data from Amazon for the listing.
