Notifications
Client Notifications
Clients can receive the following notifications:
Billing Failed
When an attempt to charge a credit card fails, the client will be requested to update their billing information.
Billing Information Required
When a client has outstanding invoices, but no billing information on file, they will be requested to add their billing information to their account.
Items Require Fixing
When an unsellable item is listed on a client's account, they will be notified and asked to login to take action on the unsellable item.
Inbound Shipment Receiving Report
When an inbound shipment is marked as received, the client will receive a report of the list of items that were received.
Amazon Shipment Created
When an Amazon shipment is created, the client will a receive a notification that their shipment is progressing.
Invoice Ready For Payment
When an invoice is finalized, the client will receive a notification that they have a bill to pay.
Prep Center Notifications
Prep center staff can receive the following notifications:
Billing Cycle Ends Tomorrow
When a client on a regular billing cycle is due to receive their invoice the next day, you will be notified so you can check their billable items and adjust as necessary.
Amazon Credentials Updated
When a client updates their Amazon credentials on the portal.
Amazon Credentials Unauthorized
When a client makes an unauthorized update to their Amazon credentials on the portal.
New Inbound Shipment Created
When a client adds a new inbound shipment to the portal.
New Team Created
When a new team is created on your account.
